Thomas Bartzanas, PhD | Agricultural University of Athens

Thomas Bartzanas is Associate Professor and Director at the Laboratory of Farm Structures of the Agricultural University of Athens. His research area is focused on controlled environment agriculture (greenhouses, livestock storage systems), systems analysis and modelling in agriculture and environmental impact assessment of agrofood sector. He is vice – chair of the CA16106, LivAge Cost action and member of the EIP focus group for emissions in livestock and circular horticulture, the national representative and coordinator of the Greek Innovation Platform for Agrofood and Chair of the Hellenic Society of Agricultural Engineers.
