Sponsorship Opportunities

Be part of this memorable, cutting edge conference by
becoming a sponsor! There are different levels associated with
visibility and promotion of the conference.

 

Platinum Level: €25,000

Sponsor Designation. Sponsor will be named and promoted as a “Major Platinum Sponsor” of the conference;
Printed communications. Sponsor’s name/logo will be the largest on brochure and all conference-related documents;
Banner. Right to display up to 3 banners at the foyer during registration and coffee breaks;
Table/station. Right to set up a table or booth in a distinct conference area;
Informational materials. Right to insert brochures in the Conference Media Kit;
Website & Electronic Media. Sponsor will be prominently featured in all electronic media, including on the official event websites and in e-newsletters distributed before and after the events;
Direct Marketing. The event will conduct an email marketing initiative to doctors and nutritionists in the U.S. and abroad. Sponsor will be featured in all such efforts;
Collateral Materials. Sponsor’s brand will be prominently displayed on collateral materials produced by the event, such as direct mail pieces, press releases, postcards and other printed materials;
4 (four) Complementary passes to the conference, including the VIP Dinner and ALL VIP related events + spouses programs;
Post-event promotional materials. Sponsor will receive photos and promotional material of the event within 3 weeks after the end of the same;
Other. Tailoring of additional specific perks.

Gold Level: €15,000

Sponsor Designation. Sponsor will be named and promoted as “Gold Sponsor” of the conference;
Printed communications. Sponsor’s name/logo will be prominent on brochure and all conference-related documents;
Banner. Right to display 1 banner at the foyer during registration and coffee breaks;
Website & Electronic Media. Sponsor will be featured in all electronic media, including on the official event websites and in e-newsletters distributed before and after the event;
Direct Marketing. The event will conduct an email marketing initiative to doctors and nutritionists in the U.S. and abroad. Sponsor will be mentioned in all such efforts. Collateral Materials. Silver Level: €10,000

Sponsor Designation. Sponsor will be named and promoted as “Silver Sponsor” of the conference;
Printed communications. Sponsor’s name/logo will be added in the brochure and all conference-related documents;
Website & Electronic Media. Sponsor will be mentioned in all electronic media, including on the official event websites and in e-newsletters distributed before and after the event;
2 (two) Complementary passes to the conference, including the VIP Dinner and some VIP experiences;
Post-event promotional materials. Sponsor will receive photos and promotional material of the event within 3 weeks after the end of the same.

Bronze Level: €5,000

Sponsor Designation. Sponsor will be named and promoted as “Bronze Sponsor” of the conference;
Printed communications. Sponsor’s name/logo will be added in the brochure and all conference-related documents, but in secondary position;
Website & Electronic Media. Sponsor will be mentioned in all electronic media, including on the official event websites;
1 (one) Complementary pass to conference, including the VIP Dinner;
Post-event promotional materials. Sponsor will receive photos and promotional material of the event within 3 weeks after the end of the same.

Technical Sponsors & Partners

The organizers are open to discuss in-kind contributions up to 50% of the pertinent sponsorship level, as technical partners. They include: Hotels, Airlines, and more. Please call to discuss details.

Association with innovative Harvard and other faculty working on Mediterranean and Greek themes
Facilitation of a program whose content and attendees involve policies, diseases and nutritional approaches are of interest to sponsor, and include business prospects
International recognition and acknowledgment, depending on the sponsorship level, in conference brochure, acknowledgments at the podium, banner and table with information about the sponsor’s activities
